I seem to remember it came by email last year. Has anyone asked Paul yet? We shouldn't all chase him!

Some time on Thursday set aside for giving the car a bloody good clean. I did the same last year and drove through an apocalyptic thunderstorm and mud-drenched roads for the start of the journey down. Was filthy by the time I arrived.

Just wondering if anyone can recommend where I can get my car washed in Bristol? I'm driving from London on Friday (HATE mornings) and I'd like to show her off all sparkly on Saturday. Any ideas?

My directions are for pink too even though I'm yellow 168. Haha. Looking forward to Saturday.

Typical, I was probably going to go the BIAMF (especially with it being Maserati's Centenary year). But I have a busy weekend as I'm out all day Sunday, and then off to the British GT Championships at Oulton Park on Bank Holiday Monday with SCD. Oh well, we'll have to meet up at some other time. Hope you and everyone else have a great day on Saturday.

There be quite a few hand car washes around, shouldn't be hard to find one, I do know of one just off the M32 at junction 2 that's quite good, think there is one near by at Ikea and Tesco as well.

Hi Blondie. Give the detailers listed in the info pack a shout. Revolution, I think they're called. Hopefully they can sort out a morning polish. I'm minded to do the same, perhaps even once I've parked in Corn Street if that's possible. It's that or the jet wash. I look forward to seeing you and your big bright banana in Bristol.

Hi Blondie - suggest you give Revolution a call as Adam suggests ( I think their details are in the pack). They gave Noor's GT a quick hand wash last year when it was in position though you may have to get there a bit earlier. I think Paul the organizer has split those on Corn Street (Yellow zone) to enter either via Pink (where the Alfas were last year) or Blue (where the Maseratis were last year) to ease congestion. I will be marshaling from 6.45am!

Thanks Steve, that makes sense. I'll be going in up the pink end, then.

Do our individual numbers indicate where each car will be parked, by the way?

Good luck with that early start!

It'll have 200 miles of muck on it, by then so some water will be necessary, plus the wheels will need a blast.
