Spoke to mike Roberts yesterday he is going so look out for him. He will be with his teenage son and probably in a Phase 2 red alfa GTV spider. He's a largish chap with oily hands!

A really great day. My O/H fell in love with a Topolino and, for some arcane reason, an orange original Fiat 500. She even went a bought a model of the latter. Typical woman, besotted by the two lowest powered cars on show!

Still, every cloud........

Did you see the pretty poor Dino "replica" in the Surrey Ferrari Owner's CLub area? We were standing by it and a clearly irate club member bustled up, wife in tow.

"It's not real !", he thundered. "It's a fake and a pretty poor one at that. We tried to get it banned from the show. But, we couldn't".

I rent other peoples spaces off them Dem within the development where I live - so far have 4 here, plus a double garage down near Goodwood for wintering the Marcos. It's not cheap though

Lucky you, i used to rent 1 space out from an old man for the GTV but when i sold it and never needed it he was nice enough to tell me i can have it anyway, so now the smart has a car spot......i used to give him a kebab every fri night......now though i pay in smiles and promise not to rev the maserati in the garage......
