And YOU believe one word out of cummings mouth. Oh please!

And therein lies the problem: you won't believe him as you've already made up your mind. It's an attribution error. And far more convenient to adopt a pose of affronted indignation.

Sorry, but what is plety?

Apparently a typo on your part.

Piety, on the other hand can be simply Googled if you really aren't aware of the meaning.

Look, this is getting a little tiring.
It is the media who are hypocrites.
They preach holier than thou to the masses and relentlessly hunt down anyone they deem fits their bill.
I repeat I am not an admirer particularly of Dom but he has indeed been hunted down.
I think you and I must agree to differ and the is fine by me
I totally agree and I am no fan of Dom either.
I much prefer Veuve.

Not buying that. He made the effing rules, he broke them, GET OUT, RESIGN. Can I make my thoughts any clearer.
Oh, And he went on a day trip (30 odd miles) to that castle.........to test his eyes for the ongoing trip back to London......................with his wife and four year old in the car while he tested how bad his eyes were. Oh, effing please, give me strength. What a crock of sh1t. You are seriously buying that right?

The Press Complaints Commission; if you feel so strongly, make a complaint although I do not see there are any inaccuracies in what was reported. It is regrettable if the witness who claimed to see Mr Cummings on 19 April 2020 is wrong but that is still accurate reporting of the allegations.

There are questions here of judgment by both Mr Cummings and the PM, both in what happened amd in its subsequent handling.

I accept that Mr Cummings is probably being truthful in his account of events but it remains a series of poor judgments in my view. And that is relevant given his role in setting policy.

Meanwhile, the testing figures continue to be manipulated, the tracking app appears not to be on time and I fear the avalanche of taxation in the future from all these bailiuts, whether corporate or individual.

I have never trusted a government less in my lifetime.

At the moment I have been and hope to continue to for the rest of the year to work from home or outside core office hours.

I will continue to social distance, avoid large gatherings if they are allowed and wear face coverings.

I will see how things develop, hoping to avoid becoming a victim of any second wave.

I will not be installing any tracking app and resisting vaccination for the foreseeable future until there is clear evidence of safety and efficacy. By that, I mean that large sections of the population have been vaccinated.

In truth, I regard it as highly unlikely a vaccination will be found because it is a coronavirus.

And I am a former medicinal chemist that worked for a large multinational pharma firm.
Well I might just do that.
TBO what I see are increasing elements of the press behaving like an execution squad. What ever the answers, what ever the evidence, whatever the facts ..., they are just not listening, why? ...because it doesn't fit their agenda, it's as simple as that.

It was a day trip to Barnard Castle to celebrate his wife's birthday. Eye-test my ****.
And Durham to Barnard Castle is more like a 50 minute drive, unless m'lud, he was exceeding the speed limit.

How many people on here can honestly say at one stage in there lives that they have been to the doctors with a complaint , been told to take two of these twice a day and take the week off , got outside , got the script ,popped the pills and then gone straight back to work because you couldnt afford to take the time off , my bet is every one of us thats self employed or owns his own company , its a question of priorities

Are you really saying that Cummings couldn't afford to take a couple of days off work?

Not really, it's a question of whether you're in the public eye or not, which is subjective, or whether you make the rules then don't apply them to yourself, which is objective. I can't see how anyone can't see the difference. The price of a huge Gov. salary puts you in the public eye and you have to be very wary, he wasn't, he fuucked up, he's guilty, he has to go and IMHO so does Boris for backing him with no actual logical discourse.
