Yup, private care home. I'll give them some credit as they stopped family visits some time ago so it's on staff if it makes it's way in, but that's little consolation when people have lives outside with their own chances of infection. The in laws are very good (the father in law and son are reclusive anyway), however some staff there I have my doubts about.
If it was my missus, we would be having a really basic conversation about the distinct reality, and how much importance she places on her need to feel she,s doing her bit , it's not worth 3/4 months salary to be in that situation .
We really need to be treating this very similar to battlefield hospital situation( but managed) there will be high number casualties and all the time it's not personal that's fine ,people can stand back look at the bigger picture and manage the situation ,like IanW , but honesty is must , what's happened this far to prolong the virus to enable Jo public to accept the NHS is coping to an acceptable level has nearl been completed , then the stark reality needs to be rammed home ,by the army boots on the street instead of the police , the police unfortunately today get laughed at by certain sections of our society , we need the army on the streets and a few barrack type kickings ,and then it will soon stop and make people realise the seriousness ,
