Indeed Zep, what I was getting at is that’s is that it’s the Maserati code you are dealing with, not ZF’s.
The box itself does have ZF software in it, as the local agent was advising that they check for updates when doing a gearbox service and if ZF have an update, it goes in. But as you say, it’s not that which controls the shifts.
