Any alternative for the catalytic converters?

Hi,

I´m searching for catalytic converters with PN 241995 and 241997 for a 4,7 Grancabrio with ZF Auto.

The Converters of a Granturismo with MC Shift/Cambiocorsa looks exactly the same, but have different partnumbers.

Does anybody know if these will also fit or where are the difference? Headers are the same, I already checked this via Eurospares.

I can´t use anykind of Unifit converter since I live in germany... They have to have a homologation.

Depends on the angle of the dangle.

I just found out while searching for the catalytic converters at ebay, that there are different partnumbers for US cars.

225503 and 225504. Eurospares states that these PN are valid for AUTOMATIC | CANADA,MIDDLE-EAST,USA

whether the partnumbers 241995 and 241997 are valid for: AUTOMATIC | AUSTRALIA,CHINA,EUROPE,JAPAN,JAPAN (RH DRIVE),SOUTH AFRICA,TAIWAN,UK.

So now I´m a bit confused and need some help.

My car is a US Grancabrio 4.7 Automatic, which is sold in US as Granturismo convertible. So there is no Grancabrio. The Partnumbers 225503 and 225504 are not listed for the Grancabrio, just the Granturismo. But the Grancabrio has no different partnumbers between Europe and US.

Does anybody know the difference between the Versions? And for which Partnumbers I have to look now?

The Auto and MC shift do not interchange and are totally different tails as they navigate the 2 different gearboxes. Aftermarket sports cats are probably your best option.

I live in Germany, aftermarket sport cats are not an option because of the regulations here..

I´m searching for OE replacement.
