Never spoken to him, only ever had emails.
I personally am pretty sure it is a scam although he does seem to know Maserati's.
I am looking for someone to help me word an email that keeps him hanging on the hook. Just for a bit of fun. Any thoughts? The more time he wastes on trying to scam me, the less time he has scamming someone else?
Releasing your bank details causes absolutely no-issues. If you’re worried your bank will confirm this.Be careful .... although cleared funds cannot normally be reversed, they can be in the event of error or fraud (for example account take over or deposits down the chain being reversed).
Speak to you bank and ask them for guidance before releasing your details
I have decided to ask him to get his driver to bring cash when collecting car. Can't go wrong then.

It’s no error in this case, he’s said he’ll buy for 10k-you’re not fraudulently selling it.
Remind me whose time you're wasting?
