I'm surprised about the F12. Maybe it just felt less of an event compared to having the engine nestled behind your left ear. So, for the 458 and 488, spyder in both cases?
It may suprise you.... but I am going off spiders. The roofline, curves and the engine under the glass is too much to give up don’t you think?

You could be right... but how seductive to drop that little back window and let the engine noise drift in, to feel a little closer to the force of nature that you’re driving.

I agree Adam... until I took the hurucan spyder out... dropped that little window ... then.... a dark emptiness washed over me.... not only could I not see the vision of beauty that is the engine when I dangerously craned my neck to smile at it... but there wasn’t the sound I was expecting. Not sure if it was ear wax, the inner Ferrarista in me, or a lack of an updated exhaust.... but it left me feeling confused about how to stumble forward in life. I always thought owning a spider would be my salvation. Now I am left wondering - what car can bring me happiness and contentment...

Well, if it ain’t strippers with invented names* then it’s an Italian supercar. You've had a 458 before so I’m not sure getting another would be as much fun as trying something new (and newer). I think a 488 if you can handle the continued depreciation as the F8s start to become more available.

*I’d generally advise against this path in your quest for happiness. But not always.

Nothing new on there at all... in fact all of the sports cars are now historic (out of production).

The Alfa 4c mule thing has been seen before...lets hope they have enough £££ to launch a car in 2020... and a dealer network to sell it post 2020.

I think as a teaser it did its job. We will get a little bit more each 3 or 4 weeks until the big reveal. They have the same people doing the PR as Ferrari use and they always start with a hint then a glint and drip feed until reveal.
Not sure why so much negativity over what is the most radical car Maserati has done for years............except the Ghibli Diesel of course, especially as it is Modena based.

Thank Barry, just got the email too.

Clean underware and a tie in the workshop tomorrow then. Exciting!

So what we thinking?

That super sportiva looks to be a fake given there’s nothing else on the net about it?
