Absolutely; beauty is in the ear of the beholder! Incidentally, an M3 CSL with a sports pipe was one of the half dozen I was thinking of.

Beauty of the CSL is that the standard noise is all engine induction...No trick exhaust.......Never heard an engine like it Ian....So addictive on full chant......The M5 V10 is pretty good as well when giving it some..

The V8 does sound better but you can work the 6 harder whereas the 8 is just power, power, power.

Had a 3.2.GTV sublime car (except the brakes forever warping)

Did you not find it nose heavy, Con? The GT sure was (at least compared to the 4200)
