A sad day

Well stopped off at a dealer just outside Peterborough and a nice(ish) XF premium 3l V6 diesel will be delivered on Sunday.

Cheap. Brisk (surprisingly so, in fact) starts and stops nicely. Trim in good nick. All the buttons and bells I could find work. And it was comfortable.

Now I'm nervous that I missed something, but it's got a 6 month warranty and the only MOTs it failed were due to tyres (4 new ones, but a bit cheap) so overall I think I'm happy.

Well not really, but I'll live. And hopefully I can walk properly again.

Yes, and yes. Much to my surprise. Considering getting it chipped :D

Well I never contemplated that! What does it give u over norm?
I used to think jags were for old men. I was a Porsche fan at the time. Then I did a brundle track day at Bedford and drove the xkr in anger along with many others. Left that track day thinking the jag wasn’t for old men at all and it was the best of what I’d driven - they also had a 911 at the day.
Loved my XF, never put a foot wrong, great sound system and comfortable classy cruiser!
