Ok - so I’m back in the game, and have managed to lose a little bit of weight.
Weight this morning: 94.05 kg
Weight on New Years Day: 95.50 kg
This masks an increase to 96kg in the first week, but overall it‘s 1/2 a kilo a week, which is about 1lb/week, and is ok. So far this has been done by trying to watch what I eat, spending some time on my bike on Zwift, long walks with the dogs, and trying (but largely failing) to have more days that I don’t drink any alcohol...
What I know I need to do is to start using my weights some more... I just lack motivation.
