Far a few between mark....You could probably ask what you want for a top example of this true classic.

I like the sound of that. Been hanging onto my rock solid example since it stopped being my daily driver in about 1993. The UK importer wax-injected them all in '83-'84, so those ones tend to last if looked after and garaged. I hardly drive mine so maybe it's time to sell.

The price of a good QP GT plus a nice holiday then ;)...don't laugh, a mate of mine just sold his very nice Alfa Sud Sprint 1.5 Verde Quarto folio for 13k!

That was my first car and I loved it - same colour and type. Many good memories.
What? That's your actual first car or your first car was a Sud?
Mine was a non-descript Vauxhall Astra 1300S in Leaf Green. A 984 KLF. The only cool thing was it's number plate...

I purchased an1150 Sud 4 door as a daily commute car in the early 80s, despite the small engine it was great fun to drive
and saved me using my Elan+2 everyday. Unfortunately I lived opposite the sea which despite my obsession with washing/polishing and the car only being a few
years old, inevitably led to an outbreak of premature acne. Almost overnight rust spots just appeared everywhere, I would meticulously remove, prepare and
repaint effected areas but as fast as one area was corrected there was another festering. Would I buy another NO but it was a lot of fun at the time.

You have to pay more for ones with metal in the body!
