Just been looking at that Brooklands car again, it does look a nail, but was it that bad in the flesh? Any reason it went for nearly twice low estimate? You could easily sink 25-30 k on it making very expensive for a non SS. Am I missing something?

That does seem a bit pricy on the face of it, but I guess we will see when the car is closer to production, quite a lot of downsizing in the industry so may eventually make sense. It does look great, think I'll put my name down

Thank you - I'm wary of US ones. The bronze one that sold last summer (Coys?) for about 40k seemed to be bodged into Euro spec, and it must cost a fortune to do that properly. But if that one os for sale at the moment in CHeshire at 60k, then the elms one at 50k doesn't seem too bad - but...
