I may have many faults, but a lack of intelligence and an inability to absorb, distil facts and produce a rational conclusion quickly aren't among them :cool: Of course, simply because a conclusion is rational. Or appears so.
Doesn't mean it's the correct conclusion. :as004:

that Red Dwarf was an oblique tribute to him, created by British Communists
buried deep inside the BBC. Several army officers later disappeared and
are believed to be buried deep, somewhere in Siberia.
Nevertheless, Putin remained a fan of the show and his speeches are replete
with Red Dwarf references. Such as:

Though Ukrainians responsible for vetting and assigning volunteers
have said that what these guys experienced no longer applies.

Brilliant, thank you for that. I have sent off several messages. I used the Russian version of this:-
Friend, the International Red Cross says that "the humanitarian situation in Ukraine is becoming more and more difficult and desperate." This is a war against cities and civilians. The Kremlin is lying to you. We can discuss this.
I’ll be interested to see what they say in response. I might send them some screenshots of the BBC news, translated to Russian.
