ok then - now to the bikes I'd like thread.
A 2005 Aprilia RSVr factory.
I've ridden a non-factory one of these and really liked it - the lion graphics and blue anodised wheels are flipping gorgeous.

Look at the boat thread, think of the fun you can have on a dream boat. Then come back to this thread and think of the fun you can have for a tenth maybe twentieth of the cost....Hate this thread as it keeps tempting me to buy a motorbike, there is a auction house in the North that always do bike sales and some classics turn up on there occasionally (not that I look )

I'd toyed with the idea of a Honda SP2 and went to view a few - people are asking silly money though i just looked on eBay and saw this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/304132098014?hash=item46cfaf87de:g:FCEAAOSwDD1hMk0w hmmmm...the Aprilia is nicer in my view.

Does that help?
These V990 rotax engined machines are a nightmare to name..My pal bought a Mille RSV SP back in the day. There were only 150 ever made; definitely one he should have kept!
What about old RSV250 strokers? Quarter litre superbike beaters, in the right hands.
Straight 6? Bonkers!

And with a low c of g, it handled incredibly well, smooth as silk, sounded amazing.
BUT, rubbish wiring, switch gear and electrics, terrible finish, typical Italian vehicle really!!
hehehehe. I had a Monster. It dissolved. First symptom was it cutting out as the side stand switch (because we don't need to design a lubrication system that works in other situations other than upright!) started corroding!
Still loved it. Always wanted a Tornado but that was never really an option
