I haven't been on here for a little while, but am still plugging away in my quest to get below 80kg...
This means I’ve continued with no alcohol, and am cycling a lot, doing press-ups every day, and trying (with mixed success) to do a decent weights session at least once a week.
current figures are below - compared to numbers on 1st Jan...
Weight - 87.3kg ———> 83.0kg
Body Fat - 25.4% ———> 22.9%
Lean mass - 65.1kg (so 22.2kg of fat) ———> 64.0kg (so 19kg of fat)
Body Water - 51.3% ———> 53.%
Visceral Fat - 11.5 ———> 10.0
Metabolic age - 55yrs ———> 47yrs
I have committed to do a dry 90 days which runs out on 1st April, so now the test will be can I re-introduce a limited amount of booze and not undo all the hard work? Time will tell...
