Say that to his face... You may have to get on your knees.
Even I can see eye to eye with Crud...
Kneel before Crud?
Sounds like a very very cheap Superman movie.

I do a mean chicken soup if you're interested. It's spicy but can be tamed with sour cream and very simple... Or shall we start a healthy recipe thread? As per my earlier post, my PT comes to my house whilst the gym's closed. This is still allowed under the terms of the lock down.
So, 3 times a week, from 7am-8am, he'll turn up with a boot full of weights and equipment and we set up our makeshift gym in my car port (has roof, but is not enclosed and therefore technically outdoors!)
My diet is fully tracked and I'm currently on just under maintenance calories at around 2,000 per day. Plenty of chicken and veg basically.
I can thoroughly recommend Nandos cook in the bag seasoning to make chicken breast and spinach more interesting.

Anyone else up for a bit of a Lockdown 3 Challenge?
I’ve decided to go the other way to Ewan and Geoff, and treat Lockdown 3 as the perfect opportunity to kickstart my weight loss / fitness campaign. There’s going to be fcuk all else to do for the next 6 weeks, so I’m going to go hard at using the time to lose fat and gaining muscle.
My plan is do this by eating healthily (cutting down / eliminating snacks), no booze, and doing some form of exercise (either weights or cardio) for at least 40 mins every day. I’m also going to see how high I can get my average daily step count...
I’m fortunate to have a gym at home with some weights in, but even if you didn’t you could do body weight stuff such as squats, dips, press-ups, etc..
Below are my stats for Day 1 of LD3:
Weight: 87.1kg (Fat: 22.0kg, Fat Free Mass (FFM): 65.1kg)
Body Fat %: 25.3%
Yep, that is blooming accurate; your metal bollock is about 5 years old innit?
