We are at 335 as at 23/3/20. That puts us 128 behind Italy at the 14 day point difference. 30% behind them now. Anyone else concur?

Yes. Last two days death rate has stopped rising and I am praying that this continues but fear the rate may rise. Germany also reporting possible plateauing of the numbers but need two more days to see.

Eurovision COVID-19 Contest....

Older pops in countries like Spain, Italy, South of France, guess it's EU pension age retirees. Northern climes generally younger/less at risk, personally I think with the knowledge gained about the virus and the deaths obvs, it will slow down now if people stick to the basic rules, and no doubt the Tory party will claim they conquered it.

Germany's death rate is low as it's mostly younger fold who contracted it, skiing etc in Italy and are able to fight it naturally, Russia has one death but that's ********, MIL and FIL are Russian, and it's far higher, cant link cos no free press but if you can speak Russian I'm sure I can put you in touch. MIL is a chemist, not like in a shop mind!

Boris Johnson has been an oaf in all this, and even that Rishi people whilst winning people over with is smooth talking (his dad is Mr Big in Infosys) is talking ****, I've spent today trying to see what my options are a business owner and an EMPLOYEE 9 ie NOT self-emploted) of my Ltd, and there is no info I can find. Even my Mortgage people have said nowt. Just hoping I'll still pay it. I will if can, but.... Smoke and Mirrors, there is no substance behind it at all.

Boris and Rishi are doing a great job. Thank God we don't have the Corbyn and Abbott show. What a bloody disaster that would be.
Rishi for next PM, he has come across so well. Thank God he took over as Chancellor, the man is smart.
I believe and trust everything our government tells us ............at the moment.
Matt Hammond not so much yet, can't forgive him for the "we are talking to the supermarkets" comment when next day they all said they hadn't heard from him.

Cant agree, Boris and chum Dom previously prepared to let old folks just die according to cab. leak? Rishi's dad being head of Infosys, disaster capitalism, opporuntiutes?

I still don't understand the hatred for JC, but we've been over this before.

This gov as usual is promising a lot where is it? It's nowhere. Ring HMRC if you can though and ask about the VAT payment holiday. Nothing. Ask how to claim to pay your staff, nothing.

Time will tell, willing to wait, but lets see what happens when the loans repayments kick in (when every other European state is gifting) and your house is on the line.

Disaster Capitalism. Sincere preaching over actual real help much like this Gospel Channels on US telly....

At least one good thing has come out of this, Brexit not gonna happen for three year at least after this, and we'll have a new gov by then....

Just a heads up The Ministry of Defence have been told to be on standby for complete UK lockdown as of Thursday evening at 6pm... No one is to leave their home's unless you work in Front Line Retail or the NHS...

I heard this directly from my neighbour Trigger who is best friends with a guy called Boycey. Boycey knows a guy named Del who drinks down the pub with his uncle Albert. Albert was in the Navy during the war so knows his stuff.
