Wonder how many cars I can store on 2 acres....just getting my calculator out!
You'll need to deduct the vast quantity you already own, Dean.

It's shrinking fast....down to 8 now inc Wife's. A couple more to go yet in next month or two I reckon. Plenty more on here have many more than I.....and better ones. You'll need to deduct the vast quantity you already own, Dean.
Crikey....that is a fair operation. Wonder if multiple level lifts is cheaper than bigger single level footprint? I'm guessing single storey but double lifts is sweet spot.If you have double lifts. It’s 4 acres. You best be quick tho, wife views a bungalow Wednesday, I think I’m going to be back in the rat race.

PM sent.Any chance of PM'ing me more details in relation to security of the facility? I currently have one car stored just outside Southampton, costing me 120GBP per month plus VAT, however as I am not in the UK I dont get invoiced nor do I pay the VAT. It's an agricultural spec facility but looks quite good with good security. I am looking to acquire a few cars in the new few months, mainly down south, so the storage will be necessary. The facility I currently use demanded I have my own insurance - which was hard to source - and added 300GBP to my annual storage costs.
So, £100k a year for babysitting some cars. Easy work, if not particularly mentally stimulating.
Less insurance. I would imagine that ain't cheap.
The insurance will eat quite heavily into that...Was chatting to guy where I store mine yesterday. Took my idea onboard and is installing double lifts. He now has 97 cars there @£100 a month, asked me if I wanted to buy a car storage business as he’s too busy with his other businesses.....
