A sad day

For the first time in 6 years, I am Maserless.

I made a call based on some feedback from work that I needed to be more miles on the road, and adding 12500 miles in a year to a 102k car was not what I wanted to do.

So a deal was done this evening in Derbyshire. The new owner has an absolute bargain and I believe he'll look after her as it's going to be weekend toy.

OTOH I am feeling rather sad, still: Onwards and upwards

Cheers

C

PS Can I still post? ;)

I am the new owner!

She will he looked after don’t worry :)

People may have seen my post a few times regarding wanting one of these amazing cars!

I went for this car because I genuinely believe it has been looked after and after weeks and weeks and weeks of speaking to Chris we met up tonight and I fell in love! As I knew I would!

Thank you Chris and I hope she brings me many miles of smiles and laughter!

Good luck with your search for a workhorse

Jake - welcome and good choice! Buying a car from a true enthusiast is a really good decision. I remember your thread about whether you should stretch for a 4.7 and think you made the right choice. Hope you enjoy it...

Welcome to the fold Jake. Normally we'd ask a new owners for pictures but we know the car. So it's a bit pointless. Enjoy the car and may you have many more happy miles in it. It's proof indeed that a well-(hand-) built engine that's been looked after will last a long time.
