Eat 600cals and loose weight.....
I've done 2 fast days of less than 600 cals and the other 5 at far less than normal (about 1200 cals tops) + cycling most days which never happened before - maybe the temperatures are affecting my scales - either that or that grass contains a lot of calories (it may explain why cows are very fat and they only eat grass ????)
I'll stick at it for a few weeks and see the bigger picture.
