Hmmmmm..... Seeing that strange behaviour again Matt, where all the uppercase is turned to lower case, and can't be edited back to upper.

Not sure I'm with you - do you mean a whole load of caps together, like the 'OMG'? My reply to Phil only had the first letter as a capital. Happened to be a 'B' :D

Essentially completed the BMW R65 this evening with the addition of the megaphone pipes, gosh it is loud! He has his final part of his A2 test tomorrow and if successful we will be getting it insured, MOT'd and taxed. He took it up and down the alley (ish) and settled the parts into place as well as expanding the exhaust putty.

Morning all,

where has the week gone? Too much to do, too little time. Going to try for an early finish but that's looking doubtful at the moment.

Oh well. It'll all be worth it in the end.

Have a good Friday, everyone.

Morning all, lots to do, over to Wembly mid morning, got a school to inspect for a rabbi, sure there is a joke in that somewhere!

Still feel like cr@p, hope I can shake it today. Lad is up getting ready for his test today.

Have fun all...

Good morning, Campers!
I'm in Leiden this morning, but absolutely shattered. It took 4 hours to drive here yesterday... The motorways around Amsterdam made the M25 feel free flowing. I couldn't face another sit down meal so thought I'd get something for my room from the supermarket by the hotel... They wouldn't take any card payments apart from Dutch debit, so I had to hand most of my dinner back and pay with the little remaining € cash I had. Then up until 1am working.
Flying back this afternoon to Southampton, then a train to Oxford so I can join colleagues for our Christmas do.
I'm looking forward to seeing many of you tomorrow evening.

Morning all. Meeting in Luton at lunchtime today, then back to Kent, and then off to Marlow as its a lot easier getting to the hotel for the Christmas bash today (booked another night) than getting up at 5am to make it to Ace for breakfast in the morning.

Busy day ahead!

You need to get yourself a Revolut card. I have been using it for a year. It is essentially a pre paid credit card but with no charges and you can make cash machine withdrawals in foreign countries with really good competitive rates with no commission.

Been working really well for me.

Change of plan. No meeting in Luton now, so a relaxing morning then make our way to Marlow.
Can anyone recommend somewhere to eat tonight near the hotel?
