Stopped at Arrow Maserati in Cardiff today....Thought it was a bout time I took a look.....Around 4 Ghibli's and a couple of GT's there....The Ghibli is a lot bigger than I thought it would be....

That's what struck me about it too, until I saw the QP across the other side of my local dealer - what a beast!

It seems the same with all cars though, they just get bigger. The first time I parked my Fiat 500 next to an original, I was amazed and as for the original VW Golf, wow!

I think I'll do something different for lunch. I'm going get sweaty then hang around a kids playground with a dodgy looking bearded geezer who's playing with his tools.

Have fun, all

Good to see you Chris; spent a lot longer welding this morning than planned, appalling quality s20 year old steel, barely 1.0mm thick. I'd guess it was Eastern European or Chinese. Stuck at Mile End having not got out of 2nd all the way back from Streatham!

Thought the Ghibli looked really good and very modern in its design...The white looked loads better than the black....For me the lighter colour work...

Apparently, you can fit an original Mini inside a new 'Mini'. To my eyes, the new 'Mini' looks about the same size as an original Transit van.

And you sir. Did the 'kids' move on?

Yep, all done for my part; got my backup remaking the nets in Southampton & they will be put on on Tuesday and I'll be able to get the job invoiced :)

Most annoying thing today apart from the awful traffic on the way home was not making it out of the congestion charge zone by less than a minute! At least I remembered to pay it before midnight...

Morning boys and girls. Up and about early today as I have lots to do. We've got some of the SM chaps, and a chapess, coming round this afternoon and we are all going out for a meal this evening. Have a great weekend.

Morning all. Sounds like you have a nice weekend planned hope it all goes as expected.

Sorry I couldn't be there.

Off out cycling in an hour or so, then we have our own dinner party tonight, with quite a few coming round.

Caramelised onion and pancheta filo parcels with vine cherry tomatoes to start, tandoori chicken with salad, mint yoghurt, Indian breads and salad for main with poached pear in cider to finish.

Better get up that supermarket!

Matt as you have seen on the other thread, my girlfriend exams are pushed back, So i still dont know if she will be with me or i come alone or i cancel my visit. I suggest that in the fact that i will attend, i will contact the plaza and the resto straight on my own, So not to keep you waiting.
