I think you should hold out for a car in the colour you really want, Matt. I don't really like the red, and, even tinted (which I think is a poor solution anyway) the boomerangs are wasted on the read car.

Matt, the red car looks amazing, but you've been holding our for your preferred colours so well. I guess the question I would ask myself is when I first saw it, did it make me forget about the other combo's even for just a second, or are you just willing to accept it in lieu of anything else coming along?

Anyway, your choice - obviously.

I doubt you'd regret buying it until the perfect white/red combo turned up.

Your idea of the tints is great.

ADG's red Gransport now showing as sold…!

That'll be me then. They are having a few things done, and I should be collecting it next Friday. It looks immaculate inside. Outside has a few stone chips and the wheels will be refurbished. They are also bringing the recent annual service up the spec for a major service. I contacted PK Supercars about the past servicing. I didn't get a name, but if you are reading this, many thanks for your help. My first Maserati after a couple of Porsches and various other German cars since I last had an Alfa in about 1982. The Gransport is probably less suitable for me than my current Boxster S (and twice the cost to run), but I have had that from new nearly 11 years ago and it is time for a change. So ... 2003 Boxster S for sale ... one owner ... Silver with Boxster red leather ... full service history (Porsche Centre Reading and Wrightune) ... many options including Xenons.

Roll on Friday ...

I have been reading the forum for a while, but have only previously posted about the grey GS at Nuvola (which I saw last week). No doubt I will be back when I start getting problems.

Sorry guys it's not me. I did seriously consider it but its still to far for me at the moment.

Saving up each month so the longer time goes on the bigger my budget gets.

Good choice, you will soon look back at all the wasted time you had the boxster!!!
The forum is not just for problems you know, and hopefully you won't have any, and its IF not WHEN!

Paul, welcome to the forum! Look on the bright side, the harder and more often you use it the more reliable they seem to be. I pan the cr4p out of mine and it's been one of the most reliable cars I've ever had. You will get the odd niggle, but we call that Italian character and there is enough expertise on here to cover a lot of snags, and if we don't know the answer we generally know someone who does!

Well done, looks great. I'm wondering where it used to live in Scotland given the use of PK?
