You can't put a carbon spoiler on with boomerangs either. The top of the small light sections on the boot lid is too close to the top fold of the metal.

Mix in with the colour and disappear!
You need a contrast for best effect.
I really love boomerangs, who doesn't, but the amount of fancy tail lights on new cars they are loosing the impact of 15 years ago.

I dont normally advocate this sort of application, but how about having a mid tint applied just to darken them a bit for contrast:

No matter what colour of GS you choose in the end it would be a brave decision to start hacking the back off it to fit boomerangs, wouldn't it ? I have seen the conversions and they look great but still it's a lot of dosh to part with to then entrust it to someone for modification. Good luck !!

What a stunning car, personally I'd fit the carbon rear spoiler and get the grille done black or anthracite, I love the contrast between the red & grey/black

I can't remember exactly, I had talked to a body shop about it. Apparently it was cheap and very simple and completely reversible.

There was a Red 4200 I saw, it was lovely. It had a beige interior with red piping, anthracite wheels and smoked lights (darker than what you have done). I loved it, but it was too much for a 4200.
