No. But it did get banned very quickly. Strangely the 6 wheels were developed because of it though.

Doh. I was wrong on all counts. Confused myself. The Tyrell 6 wheeler was about 5 years later.

I thought I'd give it a while as it's annoying that I only realised I knew about it after checking my answer. Last year, Octane had a major article about one of Jay Leno's cars... powered by a turbine engine. Other similarly powered cars were mentioned and this was when I discovered that there had been a turbine engined F1... the aforementioned Lotus.

Other similarly powered cars were mentioned and this was when I discovered that there had been a turbine engined F1... the aforementioned Lotus.

Correct. It was a development of the Lotus Indy 500 car, and entered in various 1971 F1 races.

Where are the tallest and the longest bridges in Europe?

It's never easy is it? Highest is in Switzerland as of June this year. Don't know the longest or the tallest though.
