Hi Enzo

It is up to you, you have not had an easy time with your car recently - so if you'd rather forget all things car related for a short while, we'd understand I am sure.

Other than that, the weather does look awful!

Morning all

Is this event weather dependent?

Just wondered as the forecast for the weekend doesn't look too promising?

Fingers crossed,

Roger

most of it will be inside but we'll start outside on the basics and some dos and donts

thank you for this... I am still up for this - just hope it helps you guys out.

if the weather holds out and I can get a demo panel tomorrow then we should still be on, just ignore my dirty Mas

its been difficult this week with work to get to the scrapyard, but hopefully tomorrow

guys - if you have any products or a machine you want to test with please bring them along.

Hi Enzo

You might have seen my issues with my house build. On Saturday I must repair and paint the stonework on the front elevation. That is weather dependant. If it rains I can't paint, therefore I might need to paint on Sunday.

I tell you all this now as I hate being a last minute drop out. I thoroughly intend to still do both this weekend, but must prioritise the house especially while the scaffolding remains up.

Really hope I can make it. Will confirm on Saturday afternoon.

Ross,
You would not go far wrong hiring a spray compressor and gun, if you need to paint quick, they do they job fast and get the paint on you need, just a thought..!!

Thanks very much Enzo. I'll let you know on Saturday if it is looking unlikely. Thanks for being understanding.

Thanks Robert. There's not much stonework on the front and I need to be precise in not getting any on the brick work, so I think a brush is best.

Hi Enzo...

Just wondering if you would be kind enough to hold another one of these days. I've recently been given a Megs DA polisher and would really appreciated some training on how to use it.

I think it probably best to try and do something when this horrible weather has hopefully finally stopped!

If you'd rather not do one again, no worries.

Cheers

that was lucky - this weekend I was looking to get rid of the demo panel I got for this...

I know Roger was interested in doing this, as you said wait for the weather to start to clear, we can review then.

I can do claying. I'm just interested in machine polishing.

Specifically: 1. what pads I should buy for the paint on my car; 2. what compounds I should use when polishing; 3. and how to machine polish.

I presume before 14 April is no good for you.

Saturday mornings...
- 26 April
- 3 May
(possibly 19 April if we start early).

Thanks very much

Hi Enzo where about will you be holding this?

Dependant on location I would be interested in popping along to see what you all get upto and to catch up with other owners and see your cars.
