I've offered a few to go over the process of cleaning / detailing a car safely using basic techniques and will look to cover the following (all subject to change on request) :

- prep
- wheel area
- wash
- dry
- clay
- DA / Rotatory machine polish
- apply Sealant / Wax / Crystal
- up keep

- I won't look to cover the interior as this is basic and so time consuming

will look to be all day event but time will be dependant on you guys, I can spend as much or little time as you would like....

I am looking to do this at mine but due to limited car space, I can only have 2 or 3 at a time but could do maybe 2 sessions if we have the interest or if we have a big intestest I can look to arrange this at Gtechniq HQ - I have already discussed with the owner and we can look to do maybe somthing in September with a poss discount on GTechniq products. I am still testing all the Gtechniq products so won't have much experience with these but am looking to start offering Gtechniq range as a service

this would be dependant on weather conditions

any questions or suggested changes to the schedule please ask away -

if interested please put your name down -

Fantastic offer!
Location of getchniq HQ?

C

I'm northsih of MK and as Jerkmoan said - Gtechniq is in Towcester which isn't far from MK

just for anyone reading for the 1st time, we had various members asking for assistance on options for cleaning and detailing cars, I offered to help out a member which then turned into two and going onto three. I suggested as a thanks to all for helping me, is to return the help by doing a detailing training day - normally this is about £50 a head but for the forum this will be free :)

list so far

1 - Jerkmoans
2 - Rossyl (to confirm, from other post)
3 - MAF260
4 - Safrane (depending on the date)
5 - Brendan (depending on the date)
6 - Roger
7 - SachaP

so bit more response than expected which is great - this is aimed to help the beginner of the different stages, some of you will already know how to wash and clay where others won't have even tried these steps before and same for machine polishing

is the schedule list covering all the tasks you guys want to know more about ?

Also if we do this at mine I can go over various products and methods I use - i.e Meguiars & Zymol being examples were at Gtechniq it will be more about their products and methods - opinions ?

I'm easy like Sunday morning, just v grateful for your offer and time. Might make more sense to use the products and methods you - and a number of other FMs - use, but if space is a problem GT's premises fits the bill better.

It's my birthday at the end of Sept... imagine there will be a long list of cleaning waxing and buffing products being requested. Along with the sterling silver Maser key fob.

Yeah: pretty much all of August out for me, although Enzo did say September I think.

Sunday 8th Sept is out in the pm as I'm team managering for my son's waterpolo team, and Sat 28th I'm otherwise occupied. Otherwise footloose and clay-bar free!

Jerkmoans - will look to work around your dates, if not we can arrange another day with you and Rossyl
