I've got it I've got it !!! One very very happy camper, did over 300 miles today and enjoyed every single second. Checked the brakes and nothing seems out of place - no vibrations at all from the front end whilst driving or braking.
Only one "issue" is that the passenger seat doesn't slide forward when I tilt it forward to let a passenger in. It just goes forward a few inches and then immediately back. I've tried the reset procedure (quickly) but nothing has changed. I guess that's the job for the weekend
Cortese were very helpful this morning and apologetic for the hassle etc. even showed me round the 599 GTO ............ a beauty.

I'll post pics etc. this weekend - off to Cardiff tomorrow ............... international travel already and only had her a day !

Well done fella pleased that Cortese finally came through and none of our issues were realised, enjoy and get some picies up when you can.

I somehow missed this thread last time round. I apologize for not contributing as the outgoing Sales guy hinted at the direction the business might soon be going in, and alas it transpired as told:

I actually had my previous Maser up for sale with them but pulled it off as soon as I got a feel for all of this.

A real shame, as I always had excellent service from Simon and crew when I dealt with them in the 'old' days.

MS didin't realise they had now gone............Did Simon sell before this as was he still there.........As you I bought my 3200 from them in the 'old' days and had a great experience with them....The chap I dealt with moved to the Porsche specialist in the same building....

Yeah, that's the same guy - he was excellent. Forgotten his name. He hinted at the handbag route as being an option for the business. As I said, he was very professional and wouldn't reveal why he was moving on, but I was able to put two and two together.
