I have all the bits now, aquired the final part of the jigsaw a few weeks ago, drivers side boomerang from David Askew.

Now I need to find the right car, a GS LE in silver but I will need to sell the Spyder first and that's not happening this year, probably next spring. It would need to have less than 40k on the clock and preferably a red interior. Might have to go Alfieri Grey like my last GS to get this. The reason....I want to respray it Fuji or flat white and a silver car is easier to change to white.

Gloss black wheels, red callipers and my carbon spoiler should complete the look.

Yep, white is an odd colour to match an interior to. OK, black is the obvious but I have never been a fan of black interiors, they are just a too dark and dont show off the leather. Its Italian, fast and should be exotic IMHO.

Even blue would work with white but tan, green and black are not really what I am after.

This should give you an idea of what I am after and I am thinking more flat white than Fuji:

The rear wing mounted aerial on 4200's and GS's look really naff..looks like an after thought, it spoils the rear view completely, they all look like there fitted on the ****
Suppose it works better than the 3200 HRW arrangement though..

?? Only early 4200s have these. Later 4200s have a different aerial, as do GranSports.

What are the differances then Maf, Jags and Porches also seem to have these Hirschmann type aerials stuck on the rear wings,they don't look very elegant...
