I noticed that. Think they take a while to update. Which is why I called them in the first place, as they had an identical 06 that was sold. May ring them tomorrow anyway...

Hi Mark,

I was just wandering what happened with your GTA? You called me for a chat last year when I had my Nuvola GTA up for sale, I have just stumbled on this thread and thought I'd get in touch.

Did you keep hold of it in the end?

Cheers,
Alex

Hi Andy,

Thanks, I've still got my white 147 GTA, one day i'd love to have a maserati! Thanks for letting me know, do you know if he traded it? Just interested because I might be putting mine up for sale soon and as he said originally, they are very rare in this colour so i'd be interested to find out whether he had many people looking at his.

Hmm.

Hate selling things to the public. Besides have a few things up for sale at the mo and no bites. Upgraded the wife's Horsebox in the summer. Had the previous one up for sale at silly money to clear it from the yard since then. Not a single call. All coachbuilt with full living inc double bed, sink cooker, blah blah, worth about 15, have reduced it to half that. Also a highly successful event horse that my son's sadly grown out of that would have sold 2 years ago for about £25k, is up for under 10k, no sale yet. Buyers market at the mo. Trade in makes it easier I'm afraid

FWIW, I was always told; if it floats, flies, f*cks or eats hay, rent it by the hour. It works out cheaper in the long run.

Hi Alex, thanks for the PM, good to catch up. As entertaining as the GTA was, I don't really miss it, now I have a Mas :D

You'll know what I mean when you get yours ;-)

Sound advice. And if I did an expenses spread sheet for my wife, I'm sure that would apply too...... and forever young ;D

Hindsight, eh?!

Haha that is brilliant, I had to read it a few times to get what you meant though!

...... it is indeed, a wonderful thing. Bollox. Too late now!

Never too late for Hindsight :D

BTW, thanks for your pointers on the phone recently Ian, re the fitting of the cruise control. Was good to talk to you. I got the cruise fitted fine too by the way...... by taking it to Dick Lovetts ;-)
Really useful for keeping speed down!

No worries fella. Glad you got it sorted without a face full of bang and white powder! Hopefully see you at a meet before too long.
