How is it that the French make crumbling houses look so good! I know they like them that way to keep the tax inspectors away and it will probably be stunning inside and full of valuable art treasures (non taxable of course!).
The Safari could certainly do without the carbuncle on its rear as per Andy.

Not so sure if that one's lived in from zooming in.
Living here and renovating a property I'm amazed at how much they give you towards doing it.
We're getting a third back from the Government.

This used to pass by our house. I remember being so excited as a little boy and loving the Datsun 240Z when it was winning in the early 70’s. Winners were mostly local drivers at the time as the circumstances were so difficult on public roads that were not well controlled - cows, wildlife, people and even cars on the route were a constant hazard. Then the mud/road conditions. We had a Fulvia crash in a ditch close to us - they had quite a few enter but it never won. I think this rallye was really the precursor to the Paris-Dakar - note that only 7 out of 92 finished as per the ad above!! This must have been 1968 - the finishers got the nickname “the Unsinkable Seven”
