Wow I've got a 16 TS and a TX in one corner of my workshop and opposite a Citroen XM V6.
I really need to get on with them.

Meant to say, on the way home from work this morning I followed a Citroen C6 through town, I haven't seen one in the wild for years, it looked decidedly swish and modern, not to mention cool as fooook.

They certainly do and I need to get my XM V6 sorted and on the road problem is I'm enjoying my 4.0 Jaguar XJ6 Sovereign too much

Can't fault the love for an older Jag Phil, carved in stone and all that. Every now and then I look at what's for sale on car&classic and get all misty eyed over early XJs, Mk2s, S-Types and 420s etc. Gaydon museum isn't far away and I go there quite often, looking at the Jags and Daimlers in the new building makes me want one again. Would dearly love a MkX / 420G but the garage just isn't big enough!

Certainly lovely old things and from a very special era for me as my father had all of those when I was a boy having a Garage.
At 17 I was driving my mum's 420 on chrome wires and then bought a Daimler 250 V8 for pennies in 79.
The 97 X300 I have is extremely good still old school with a 4.0 straight 6 lovely leather and wood plus looks in keeping with the original XJ6.
The real bonus is it can easily get nearly 30 mpg
