Agree with Phil...you could get a boy racer Vauxhal etc or why not stick to your plan and get an Alfa....Don't need a big engine but there are plenty of 145/146/155 etc for less money....

Oh I remember Car and Car Conversions, it was the first ever car magazine I bought.

I remember my Nan giving me my couple of quid pocket money in Martin's the Newsagent and instead of reaching for the Beano and a sherbert dib-dab I went for the car mag. I remember my Nan asking if that was really what I wanted instead and me nodding as I thumbed through the pages.....and that was where it all began.

I'm 33 now, so that must have been about 25 years ago!! I wonder how much I've spent on Car mags since...?
Hmmm, average the price out at £3 to allow for inflation, 3x24 (average a couple of different ones a month) = £72 a year x25 years = £1,800 give or take. Not as bad as I thought, you'd be hard pressed to get that much entertainment and inspiration over 25 years for less than £1,800!!

The Sciecento is not bad IMO cheap insurance and a bit more passion than a Punto.
