interesting approach to fitting an external 2 post, good drainage solution but would of thought a hydraulic lift would of been more suitable for outside use instead of electro mechanical

Wow I'm amazed that I installed mine all by myself lifting the posts with my engine crane.
They did a nice job of it though.
No good if you have close neighbours or a wife that wouldn't want to look at the lift all the time.

I have an Automotech four post ramp and I'm very pleased with it. Had it for almost 2 years. I ended up going for the four post as a lot of the time I park the cars on it.

I ended up, because of the size of the space I was fitting it into, getting the short one which has a bed length of 3.2 M. The advantage being that the front and back of the car over hang so access is much better to these parts of the car. The disadvantage is the GTs is too long to go on it!

Hi, I'm starting to look into 4-post lifts for parking purposes. This looks ideal and a pretty good price to free up some extra room in a garage. I'm wondering who you got to install it and roughly how much it was to install if you can remember?

The only negative is that it’s shinny. Get fluid on it and Saturday Night Fever moves are often seen on the dance floor. We are hoping it will scuff up a bit
A company I worked for had the factory floor epoxy painted , looked great , but as you say slippery when wet

It all went horribly wrong when an agency worker on the forklift came in hot and slid straight through the roller shutter door when he braked

They got the company back in to re-paint near the doors , they just mixed a bag of kiln dried sand into the paint which solved the problem

As I've got the TR6 off the two post I've put my Jaguar XJ6 on to give it a thorough going over and make sure she's not got any rust.
Just realised she's as big as a QPV and the same kind of weight.
Had the lifts for two years and can't fault them for what I do.
