Well...i do not disagree with you.Sun helps.There has been on the other hand a long period in my life when the sun outside was shining, but i was like **** inside.. Therefore i believe that everything is a matter of our inside..shine or dark!

BF, i can understand how you feel..Have dealt with father and grandma who needed individual care for health reasons, and i agree with you...sometimes there are not many things we can do.. Be strong!
