Hi all,
I thought I'd share a new detailing product that I've just applied to my car...
As my wife will attest, I'm quite fussy with the paint on my car and have a cupboard full of various waxes, polishes and sealants etc. I spend a fair bit of time on keeping it looking as good as a 10 year old car can be.
I have read a lot about nano-technology coatings that promise great looks but without the constant need for products to be aplied on a regualr basis. Wolf's Body Wrap is one such product.
I am fairly sceptical by nature and have believed that hard work is the only way to keep the car looking great but I bought this for my wife's Audi which lives outside and is exposed to the Australian sun and elements and I dont have the time to devote to three cars.
Anyway, I thought I'd give it a try on the Maser as it was due for a re-application of wax. To cut a long story short, a day spent stripping the old wax and applying the Body Wrap with no real expectation of the result.
I think the photos speak for themselves and I am blown away with the level of shine and gloss. The whole car glows and looks like its made of luminescent glass. It has to be seen to be believed.
The promise is a useful life of up to 12 months if washed with their nano-shampoo and a 6 monthly top up with their spray detailer. For those of you who love to see your car looking great but dont necessarily have the time to spend, this might be what you need.
BTW, my car is in good to very good condition but not flawless by anymeans. This product did a lot to minimise the paint defects as well.
I hope this helps someone out there.
Regards,
Neil
