I've always felt that the P5 was a cool car for its time.
Only the coupe version that a factory roof chop and a V8 (even if in original form it was a bit asmathic)
I owned 2 - 3.5L V8 SD1, had hydro spastic suspension that would jack the car up on one side without warning, then a 1993 820 turbo - brilliant engine but it leaked oil from the day I bought it, 2 head gaskets, water pump, exhaust, alternator and a whole host of repairs later it caught light and the bloody Fire Brigade put it out! The next time it caught fire the Mrs was driving I was away, told her to let it burn! cost me more in repairs than the purchase cost
