Years ago I came third in the British Dance Championships, that's when I got my nickname of Snakehips. Met Lulu and thought she wanted my body, she didn't get it though cos Herman of the Hermits whisked her off, shucks!

Just a fun sport. It's actually international with guys coming from Austrailia, New Zealand and the USA.
I actually won the "world cup" in 2008 and 2009. What did I win??? A small glass trophy - thats it! lol
We all do it just for fun and bragging rights! :)

John I don't get on the forum that much in the summer as work gets in the way. I see you live on Vancover Island we stay in BC during the winter all be it some 600k from you At Kicking horse resort above Golden on Highway 1.

Just noticed you live on the Isle of Arran, Peter. Beautiful! Many happy memories of childhood family holidays in Kilmory.

Adam I own the Lagg Hotel, I'm sure you will know it if you were in Kilmory.

Small world, Peter! It's 30-odd years ago but I remember we used to stay at a house with a small river along the edge of the garden fed by a waterfall at one end and the sea perhaps a 15 minute or half an hour scramble along the river in the other direction. It *may* have been called Kilmory House. Sound familiar?

Mine is very unimaginative, just my name and initials. Had it so long now better not change.

Oh wow. That's incredible, Peter. Some of my happiest holidays were exactly where you are. There was a rope swing over the pool where the waterfall is. It was without doubt THE best rope swing in the world, ever. And the only trout daft enough to take my bait were barely enough for a snack... I feel a keen urge to return.

Mine is quite obvious, I hit 40!

Not only that but when I was trying to choose between XKR's and a Maserati 4200, I said that the Jag 'was a safe bet'. My friend in response said 'if you're having a mid life crisis, you don't play it safe!'.

Wow, beautiful spot to be!! If you ever make it to the island...I'll buy you a pint or 2!!!
Or maybe I'll drive the 600K! It would only take 2 hours!! LOL
But serious about the pints!
Cheers!
