Cõte de Boeuf and a little 2010 Medoc tasting this evening. Actually looking forward to trying the Au Bon Climat, had it many years ago and it was outstanding.

The Au Bon Climat brings back some good memories. My boss used to like his wines and we’d go out for 3hr lunches in the 90’s and drink it! He still does a lot of wine dealing and it was fascinating learning about and drinking his wine choices. That’s why I still get excited about a really good white wine.
