Both are really good, the Biltong kit is stupidly over priced, but the end product is multo yummy. The Black Cow is reasonably priced at £25 a bottle and very drinkable as a spirit. Not sure I'd mix it except in something like an espresso martini (in which I think it would be excellent)

Really glad my weapon of choice is a Browning 9mm......
And up to 20m I can/could shoot the balls of a fly....

Different strokes, sir. Although I've seen some pretty impressive stuff close range of knife / un-armed against firearms.

Mrs C is on the Black Cow Vodka, which is rather spiffing. I'm on Johnny Walker Black mostly because of the glasses. These were bought with my Amazon vouchers from my leaving collection at Experian. I'm not a huge fan of Johnny but it is right for the glass if you know the link :)

Thread drift...have you tried the Biltong Kit yet. I did, it's great but I'd change method ever so slightly.

Just saying...pi55 take btw, I totally appreciate the time, dedication, and single mindedness it takes and dedication to your passion....

Not sure if Indy is using a .455 Webley or not but the Army moved to large caliber rifles and revolvers in the 19th Century as they found that although the smaller stuff stopped a Frenchy dead in his tracks your average Zulu warrior armed only with a spear and bit of cow hide kept on coming.
