Sound of silence ............Disturbed

Better than the original which is some achievement. So much depth and feeling. Disturbed didn’t actually want to do this cover. They did it and thought it sounded OK then it went viral. Brilliant.

Agreed there Andy , those that know me , know im somewhat reserved :worried1: and a shy kind of fella, saw the cover when the brother in law asked me to listen to it and true to form I was Judgemental from the outset pushing it to one side ..............................but on listening to it , became an awesome experienced and gets better the more times you hear it :alan:

I love this. The lead singer has the most extraordinary voice, it goes from silky smooth to roaring power at the end. An absolutely fantastic take on a classic that deserves to be one in its own right.

Paul Simon heard it and loved it so much he contacted the band….That is probably the best endorsement the band could have had.

People loved it so much they went out and purchased their LP’s and didn’t realise how heavy they were…..I love them and this is particular good song from them….Well if you like this type of music that is.

American 80’s rock band Autograph. In memory of founder member and bassist Randy Rand who passed away yesterday.
