What have you done to your Maserati today?

I wiped a few small tar spots, and loads of fly spuke, off my bonnet, roof and boot lid with some alcohol.

I know how to live.

Bought another flywheel! Once again found in the US by SM's in-house Hercule Poirot, @DLax69 .
Last one still not found, also going to chase that. (plans to remanufacture flywheels still alive btw, but I really want my car to get on the road after being 'fixed' for almost 2 years)

Just added 600miles to my GT in a road trip to the Dordogne. Did it’s GT job perfectly and now sitting pretty outside our temporary home
That colour! Gorgeous.

Not a Maserati (though it also has a Graziano 'box), but an Aston and yesterday I stretched its legs with a run up the coast to the wilds of Suffolk. I've learned recently that if I keep the valves closed then Mrs C's perception of speed is dramatically adjusted. This allows me to be in sport mode but still a bit stealthy and with her not wondering exactly what kind of ******* I really am. Consequently, she's gradually becoming more of a willing co-pilot.

I have yet to decide if this is a good thing or a bad thing.

Does Chris mind that his wife is riding around with you, then?

Can’t help myself haha! Every time I’m away from the car for a few days I press the “buy” button! This time I’ve ordered some of the well received aluminium black
anodised flappy paddles and a foot rest pedal from @stindig

Looking forward to fitting them…..

Major serviced it and washed it Inc gearbox filter out.

Even the camcovers gaskets are fine

2 rear PS4 tyres, still have 3mm tread but from 2018 and gone hard and very ‘sqirrely’ under exuberant right pedal.
You weren't tempted by whatever the new Michelin PS5 options are, Matt?

PS5 are not ‘S’ (PS4S vs PS5)

The actual replacement for the 4S will be the Supersport 2 (so we are hearing)

PS4S still killing it in the tests so I think rightly so, Michelin are considering it’s replacement seriously hence the delay to market
