Are P-zeros required? Scanned the website and didn't seem that this was a prerequisite!
Eb
No, but I think @Ewan is one of the 3 people in the nation who likes them, so he would be arriving on his 'lovely' P Zeros, trashing them on the track, and then buying some more P Zeros on the day. Possibly several sets.
Also, I suspect if you were to trash your lovely Michelins, there would only be P Zeros available as replacements.

I never had a problem with mine tbh and only moved to PS4s as the forum is so enamoured with them.

Mine used to be very tail twitchy, wandered and jumped about all the time on zeros. As soon as I changed it was like driving a different car. The ps4s are no quieter from what I can tell, but they suit the car better for sure.

Exactly. Going in to swap the Pirellis for Michelins on Thursday, if the Pirellis haven't killed me by then.

The Michelin’s are indeed excellent, and the best choice for those wanting one set of year-round tyres. But for those us using winter tyres in the winter, and summer tyres for the other 8 months, the P Zero (of the appropriate variation) is great. At anything around 10 degrees and over (so, the kind of weather when I might actually use the Strad) the Pirelli wins it for me.

Looking at that Pirelli event, I see it involves not only driving your own car around Silverstone, but also the latest offerings from the likes of Pagani, Dallara, Maclaren, etc., and lunch in the BRDC clubhouse. Given that, it’s not such a bad price.
I’m looking at booking for Tuesday June 8th. Anyone else fancy it?

Could be a nice post-lockdown treat. Reading quote below from Pzero main page I imagine passenger laps in some other cars rather than driving them. No specific mention of the "other cars" in the agenda or booking.

Enjoy the performance of your supercar and experience the latest models from the most prestigious car manufacturers in an event defined by absolute excellence.

You know I might! But MarkMas said that QPs weren't on the list....
Will have to cogitate
