Turo. Would you?

On buses and bus stops all over Manchester adverts have appeared for a car sharing service called Turo. Apparently you register your car and rent it to a member for a fee. What madness is this? Who would offer an unknown person a few days in their pride and joy? Frankly I love my best mate loads but wouldn't trust him for 5 yards in the GT ( he drives like a loon). A stranger with a heavy right foot would be lethal.

That's because we're emotionally attached to our cars, unlike most people. Do you still have your HPE, by the way, always fancied a Beta Coupe.

Yes I know we are emotional and illogical about cars. Sadly I do not still have the HPE, if I saw A777RTS for sale I would be unstoppable though.
Where would Turo sit with PCP agreements?

I’ve had a look at this before, it seems like people are buying cheap cars and using them specifically for this service, I suppose it’s useful as a side hustle.
