Turn your GTS Auto into a GTS

Well since the Grancabrio Sport was announced, this has been due. It is a rather half hearted attempted, though, since it only takes only part of what the GC S has over the regular GC. I guess that was to be the case so that the GTS MC Shift did not lose out.

The whole issue of power outputs is interesting. The GTS (with either gearbox) puts out 440PS but you only get all of it in Sport with the figure being lower, but undisclosed, when not in Sport. The MC Stradale puts out 450PS but only when Race is selected. So how can the GC S put out 450PS when it does not have a Race button? Petty stuff, but interesting nevertheless.

Cant see anyone running to the showroom to spend and extra £3800 on that when you can get DMS to tune your GTS up to 505hp for less than a quarter of that.

They are just playing around with the look of the car. Most of what it offers could be specified before as the MC Shift side skirts and boot spoiler could be fitted to the GTS Auto as the Red Esse pack and the black stuff was available as a shadow line or something (IIRC).

I think if were going to spend £3800 on a GTS improvements, I would get the DMS done and the Stradale suspension and setup @£2500 according to Palmball, the difference is amazing.

The figures are all rubbish anyway, my one was 470bhp in standard form.
