Hi all,
I've been retired for a year now and it was time to move on so after eight years of trusty service I have parted company with my 4200 Spyder CC.
I did 35k miles in her without having to fit a clutch and she is still running fine, I think that maybe thanks to the FD DBW.
I suffered a massive £4000 depreciation, so £500 per year ! and I think I spent around £3500 on repairs and servicing, £1800 on
stone chip re-spay and wheel restoration and an average of £500 per year in insurance.
Petrol costs were probably quite high though !
So she's been very good car over the years and I thought hard and long about putting her in storage that I have, But she's better off being driven.
If Maserati ever come out with a new sports convertible, then I may be back. But for the moment its a little yellow Alfa for the pensioner LOL
