Thoughts on Spyder with Anniversary body kit

Still looking for that 4200 Spyder to buy and found this

Spyder advertised with Anniversary body kit.

I looked around the web for the Anniversary version of the car but it looks vastly different.

Your thoughts on the car?

Can’t see any pictures but I’m not aware there is such a thing as a body kit. There are numerous differences between the 4200, anniversary version and the grand sport.

Strong money for the mileage but all depends on the condition underneath and the clutch wear get a proper ppi and don’t pay extra for the body kit. No main dealer service for 5 years prior to 2018 nor after. On the plus side it’s a 2003 glass hood window with better rigidity

Might thoughts exactly. It's not a GS Spyder, it's had a few aftermarket bits stuck on. Looks like @Dman666 rear diffuser too.

Mechanically, it should be sound if emblem have serviced it and carried out the work required....

Why is this a Spyder? I'm pretty sure it's a GS Spyder. I think it is this one shiltech sold a couple of years ago. Or maybe it was moved over to Richard Grace, I recall seeing him having it in stock.

I think 39k is a bit ambitious. It's not low miles. But does appear to have solid service history.

It's also not one of 3 Rosso mondial globally. There were 3 of 26 UK in Rosso. One other delivered to Australia. And I still can't track about 10 of the 44 total RHD GS Spyders, so might be more.

The Spyder we are talking about is the blue Spyder for sale in Poole. It is a 2003 car, so from 2 years before the GS Spyder was even introduced. I think you are looking at a different car/advert.

I think, what with the strakes, when they say “anniversary style” they mean Countach Anniversary.

Yes, church's comment above mentions a red Spyder with link attached. Was referring to his comment. Trying to cross wires ..
