I find it amazing that stolen cars can be driven around in foreign countries with impunity, especially exotics.

I knew a farmer that had 2 300k tractors stolen , they took the wheels and cabs off and managed to get both in a container, unluckily for them VOSA had a vehicle scale built into the motorway on the way to the docks and it was over weight by a good margin

Each tractor had a tracker blocker fitted so they were well organised
