15k will buy a good QP now??
Possibly Dem . As I say, I have seen them advertised for around 15k or just under but they have been very high miles (80k or over) - I have no idea about condition of these cars mind you - I didn't go that far with any research. Sounds like you are showing some interest in that particular car. I'd say if you like the colour combo and the car is as clean and well looked after as previously mentioned, go for it and bargain hard!
As I say, I've only ever seen high milers advertised at 15k or below. It would be interesting to learn what the realistic break up value is on an early QP (2004-2006). Having tried to source odds and sodds for mine, I know parts can be pretty pricey! As Loz mentioned in anther post, second hand parts can be sourced at reasonable prices - I have seen them myself - but getting the part you need (especially if it is colour specific) can often mean a patient waiting game.
EDIT: Agree with Dicky there. Anything advertised sub 17k should be considered with a view to making an offer!
